We hope that you never have to return any of our products, but if you do here are a few things to keep in mind. When your order arrives, check all packages for damage or missing items. If there is anything damaged or you are missing products that your packing slip states should be there, make a note of them. Call our Customer Service Centre on 07 4243 5747 and we will be happy to resolve the matter.

For exchanges and returns you will be responsible for the return shipping cost but Naked Merchant Co will pay for shipping the exchanged item(s) back to you. We will not ship the new merchandise or refund the product until we receive the items(s) you are exchanging / refunding. Please allow 3-5 business days for refund and exchange processing. Items must be unwashed, not worn, tags attached, and undamaged. Items must be received within 14 days of your original order.
